I lassoed a piece of the leaves from the flower photo, cropped the guitarist from the photo of the drawing, and cropped the psychedelic logo from the t-shirt photo. I duplicated the leaves several times and spread them around the image, and adjusted their opacity to about 50 percent. I added an Oil Painting stylization effect to the t-shirt logo. I placed the guitarist in the center and a smaller image of the guitarist in the center of that. I added the fictional artist name Maxwell Morgan above the guitarist, giving it the Bauhaus 93 font. To be honest, I've forgotten what effect I added to stylize the name. :) Below are the sketches for the individual image sources as well as the final layout:
